Trekking through the Sagarmatha National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, you will experience lush rhododendron forests, rugged mountain landscapes, and glacial rivers. Day 1: Arrive in Kathmandu (1,350 m / 4,428 ft). Pick-up from the airport and transfer to hotel. Trip briefing and preparation.
Day 2: Fly from Kathmandu to Lukla (2,840 m / 9,317 ft) and trek to Phakding (2,610 m / 8,562 ft). Trekking time: ~3–4 hours.
Day 3: Trek from Phakding to Namche Bazaar (3,440 m / 11,283 ft). Explore the vibrant Sherpa town. Trekking time: ~6 hours.
Day 4: Acclimatization day at Namche Bazaar. Optional hike to Everest View Hotel for panoramic Himalayan views.
Day 5: Trek from Namche Bazaar to Tengboche (3,860 m / 12,664 ft). Visit the famous Tengboche Monastery. Trekking time: ~5–6 hours.
Day 6: Trek from Tengboche to Dingboche (4,410 m / 14,468 ft). Enjoy scenic views of Ama Dablam, Lhotse, and Island Peak. Trekking time: ~5 hours.
Day 7: Acclimatization day at Dingboche. Optional hike to Nangkartshang Peak for stunning mountain panoramas.
Day 8: Trek from Dingboche to Chhukung (4,730 m / 15,518 ft). Trekking time: ~4–5 hours.
Day 9: Trek over Kongma La Pass (5,535 m / 18,159 ft) and descend to Lobuche (4,910 m / 16,102 ft). Trekking time: ~7–8 hours.
Day 10: Trek from Lobuche to Everest Base Camp (5,364 m / 17,598 ft) and return to Gorakshep (5,180 m / 16,990 ft). Trekking time: ~8 hours.
Day 11: Early morning hike to Kalapattar (5,545 m / 18,192 ft) for sunrise over Everest. Descend to Dzongla (4,830 m / 15,843 ft). Trekking time: ~8 hours.
Day 12: Trek from Dzongla to Thangnak (4,700 m / 15,420 ft) via Cho La Pass (5,330 m / 17,490 ft). Trekking time: ~6–7 hours.
Day 13: Trek from Thangnak to Gokyo (4,790 m / 15,715 ft). Explore Gokyo village and the turquoise Gokyo Lake. Trekking time: ~2–3 hours.
Day 14: Exploration day. Hike to Gokyo Ri (5,357 m / 17,575 ft) and optionally visit the 5th Gokyo Lake. Trekking time: ~5–6 hours.
Day 15: Trek from Gokyo to Dragnag (4,560 m / 14,961 ft) via Renjo La Pass (5,345 m / 17,536 ft). Trekking time: ~6 hours.
Day 16: Trek from Dragnag to Lukla (2,840 m / 9,317 ft). Trekking time: ~4–5 hours.
Day 17: Fly back to Kathmandu (1,350 m / 4,428 ft). Transfer to hotel or airport for onward journey.
