Day 1: Arrival in Kathmandu (1,350 m) – airport pickup and hotel transfer.
Day 2: Fly to Lukla (2,860 m) and trek to Phakding (2,610 m) – 3–4 hrs.
Day 3: Trek to Namche Bazaar (3,440 m) – 5–6 hrs.
Day 4: Acclimatization day in Namche; hike to Everest View Hotel (3,880 m).
Day 5: Trek to Tengboche Monastery (3,860 m) and return to Namche – 5–6 hrs.
Day 6: Trek to Monjo (2,835 m) – 5 hrs.
Day 7: Trek back to Lukla (2,860 m) – 4 hrs.
