Day 1: Drive from Kathmandu to Arughat (535 m / 1,754 ft). Enjoy scenic drives through hills and river valleys. Trekking time: ~5–6 hours.
Day 2: Trek from Arughat to Labu Besi (880 m / 2,886 ft) along forested trails and local villages. Trekking time: ~4–5 hours.
Day 3: Trek to Khola Besi (970 m / 3,181 ft), passing rivers and terraced farmland. Trekking time: ~5 hours.
Day 4: Trek to Jagat (1,440 m / 4,723 ft), entering the Manaslu region with cultural villages and Himalayan views. Trekking time: ~6 hours.
Day 5: Trek to Nyak (2,300 m / 7,544 ft), ascending through forests and traditional villages. Trekking time: ~6 hours.
Day 6: Trek to Ghap (2,110 m / 6,920 ft), enjoying small settlements and lush valleys. Trekking time: ~5 hours.
Day 7: Trek to Lho (3,180 m / 10,430 ft), with Himalayan vistas and traditional monasteries along the route. Trekking time: ~6 hours.
Day 8: Trek to Samagaun (3,530 m / 11,578 ft), a Tibetan-influenced village at the foot of Mount Manaslu. Trekking time: ~3–4 hours.
Day 9: Trek to Samdo (3,900 m / 12,792 ft), the last village before the Larkya La Pass. Trekking time: ~3 hours.
Day 10: Rest and acclimatization day at Samdo. Optional hikes to explore glaciers and nearby viewpoints.
Day 11: Trek to Larkya Refuge (4,200 m / 13,776 ft), preparing for the high pass crossing. Trekking time: ~4 hours.
Day 12: Cross the Larkya La Pass (5,212 m / 17,100 ft) and descend to Bimtang (3,720 m / 12,201 ft). This is the most challenging day with breathtaking views. Trekking time: ~10–12 hours.
Day 13: Trek to Tilche (2,240 m / 7,347 ft) through scenic valleys. Trekking time: ~6 hours.
Day 14: Trek to Chamje (1,430 m / 4,690 ft), entering lush forested areas. Trekking time: ~5 hours.
Day 15: Trek to Bhulbule (840 m / 2,755 ft) along river valleys and terraced farmland. Trekking time: ~5 hours.
Day 16: Trek to Besi Sahar (840 m / 2,755 ft), completing the circuit. Trekking time: ~4 hours.
Day 17: Drive back to Kathmandu (6 hours). Transfer to hotel and conclude the trek.
