The Mardi Himal Trek is one of Nepal’s most beautiful hidden trekking routes, located east of the Annapurna Base Camp trail. The trek begins from Pokhara and gradually ascends through lush rhododendron forests, traditional villages, and alpine meadows before reaching the spectacular Mardi Himal Base Camp.
As you climb higher, the landscape transforms into rugged ridgelines with panoramic mountain views. From High Camp, trekkers are rewarded with jaw-dropping vistas of Machhapuchhre, Annapurna South, Hiunchuli, and Gangapurna. The final ascent to Mardi Himal Base Camp offers an unforgettable close-up experience of snow-covered peaks and glaciers.
This trek is ideal for beginners, families, photographers, and those looking for a quieter alternative to busier Annapurna routes.
