This trek offers breathtaking views of some of the world’s highest peaks, including Mount Everest (8,848 m / 29,029 ft), Lhotse (8,516 m / 27,940 ft), Ama Dablam (6,812 m / 22,349 ft), Lhotse Shar (8,383 m / 27,503 ft), Makalu (8,485 m / 27,838 ft), and many other majestic mountains.
Beyond the stunning landscapes, trekkers experience the rich Sherpa culture, traditional villages, ancient monasteries, and serene natural wonders like the Gokyo Lakes and Kala Patthar (5,644.5 m / 18,519 ft). The journey also reveals the grandeur of Cho Oyu and other iconic Himalayan peaks.

Day 1: Fly from Kathmandu to Lukla (2,840 m / 9,315 ft) and begin trekking to Phakding (2,610 m / 8,560 ft). Trekking time: ~3.5 hours.
Day 2: Trek to Namche Bazaar (3,440 m / 11,283 ft), the gateway to the Everest region, passing through beautiful pine forests and riverside trails. Trekking time: ~6 hours.
Day 3: Acclimatization day at Namche Bazaar. Explore the village, visit local markets, and enjoy scenic views of surrounding peaks.
Day 4: Trek to Tyangboche, explore the famous monastery (~2 hours), then continue to Debuche (3,820 m / 12,529 ft). Trekking time: ~5 hours.
Day 5: Trek to Dingboche (4,410 m / 14,465 ft), a charming alpine village surrounded by dramatic mountain views. Trekking time: ~4.5 hours.
Day 6: Acclimatization day at Dingboche. Optional hike to nearby hills to enjoy panoramic views and prepare for higher altitudes.
Day 7: Trek to Chhukung (4,730 m / 15,514 ft), passing stunning landscapes of moraines and glaciers. Trekking time: ~4.5 hours.
Day 8: Cross Kongma La Pass (5,535 m) and descend to Lobuche (4,910 m / 16,104 ft). This is a challenging day with breathtaking high-altitude scenery. Trekking time: ~7–8 hours.
Day 9: Trek to Everest Base Camp (5,364 m), marvel at the Khumbu Icefall, then descend to Gorak Shep (5,180 m / 16,990 ft) for overnight stay. Trekking time: ~8 hours.
Day 10: Early morning hike to Kala Patthar (5,554 m) for sunrise and the best panoramic view of Mount Everest, then trek to Dzongla (4,830 m / 15,842 ft). Trekking time: ~8 hours.
Day 11: Trek over Cho La Pass (5,330 m) and continue to Thangnag (4,700 m / 15,416 ft). Trekking time: ~6–7 hours.
Day 12: Trek to Gokyo (4,790 m / 15,711 ft), passing serene landscapes and glacial rivers. Trekking time: ~2 hours.
Day 13: Exploration day at Gokyo. Hike to Gokyo Ri (5,353 m) and explore the fifth lake for stunning views of the surrounding Himalayas.
Day 14: Cross Renjo La Pass (5,345 m) and descend to Lheden (4,560 m / 14,956 ft). Trekking time: ~6 hours.
Day 15: Trek to Thame (3,820 m / 12,592 ft), visiting traditional monasteries and learning about Sherpa culture. Trekking time: ~5 hours.
Day 16: Trek to Monjo (2,840 m / 9,315 ft), passing small villages and scenic forest trails. Trekking time: ~6 hours.
Day 17: Trek from Monjo to Lukla (2,840 m / 9,315 ft), completing the circuit. Trekking time: ~4 hours.
Day 18: Fly back to Kathmandu (~45 minutes), concluding the unforgettable Three High Passes Trek.
