The Yoga Trek in Nepal (14 days) is designed for trekkers who want a holistic experience, combining the physical challenge of trekking with the mental and spiritual benefits of yoga and meditation.
Starting from Kathmandu, the trek takes you to the Himalayan trails, passing lush forests, terraced fields, rivers, and traditional villages. Each day, participants engage in guided yoga and meditation sessions, tailored to complement trekking and promote wellness, flexibility, and inner peace.
Along the way, you will enjoy breathtaking mountain views, including panoramic sights of the Langtang, Ganesh Himal, and Annapurna ranges, depending on the trek route chosen.
